This year's winners are truly innovative professionals who use creative measures to get results for children with special needs. Individuals from all over the world applied for this award and we believe we have found some outstanding individuals, deserving of this award. Award winners receive: $1000 unrestricted award, a one-of-a-kind program award sculpture and an expense paid trip to attend exciting and informative sessions at Heartspring, which will occur in July of 2008.

 

The award winners will also be present at the 2008 Heartspring Annual Recognition Banquet to receive their sculpture and their cash reward. This is an annual event that recognizes teachers and programs, nationally and around the world, who significantly impact the lives of the children with special needs. Additionally, Heartspring employees, board members and individuals within our community are recognized as recipients of special awards as a result of their dedication to the mission of Heartspring. The evening includes a reception, dinner and an award ceremony, as well as a video presentation of the national and international teachers and programs.
