Heartspring is now hiring paraeducators to work with our students in the group home settings!

Paraeducators teach and provide positive behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders. We have positions in our group home settings.  

All jobs are located on the Heartspring campus. 

Experience or training with individuals with disabilities is preferred. However, we provide an excellent 2-week training program. 

Starting pay $10.00-$12.75 based on related experience.

Liberal benefits include 2 weeks annual paid leave. Position requires: HS diploma or GED, valid KS driver’s license and good driving record. Job can be quite active. Physically able to perform significant, prolonged and frequent amounts of walking, standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, bending and lifting of 30 pounds or more.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

2nd Shift Weekday
Sunday:  3:30 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.
Monday - Thursday:  3:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.

Weekend Shift
Friday:  2:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday:  7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday:  7:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
