Memorial Gifts
A gift made in memory, or in honor of a loved one is a generous and thoughtful gesture to recognize a person’s life and accomplishments. To make an honorary gift, send a letter indicating the purpose of the gift, as well as the name and address of the honoree, or use our online donation page. For memorial gifts, if a memorial fund has not been established, you should note somewhere on your check the name of the honoree, as well as the address of the appropriate contact person.
Matching Gifts
Maximize your gift to Heartspring by checking with your employer to see if they offer a matching gift program. By following your company’s guidelines, the value of your gift may be doubled or tripled. Many companies will match donations made by employees, their spouses, retirees and board members.

Attention State of Kansas Employees Heartspring is now participating in State of Kansas employee giving campaigns.
New legislation allows Kansas State employees to make contributions to local health organizations, including Heartspring, through their payroll deduction program. Governor Sebelius has signed House Bill 2727 in time for participation in the fall 2006 campaign. This means that Kansas employees now have a choice in giving. We would like to thank Representative Nile Dillmore of Wichita for his tireless efforts to see this legislation through. Visit Community Health Charities to download a pledge card.
