Admissions Process

In order for your child to be considered for enrollment at Heartspring, our Admissions Office requires the following:

• Completed application
• Current educational documents - In some countries this may be similar to the US and called an Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Medical documents
• Psychological documents (if available)

If these records are not in English, please have them translated prior to submission.

All materials can be submitted to the Admissions Office by e-mail, fax, or postal mail.
