Heartspring gathers identifying information about individuals only when individuals provide that information on a voluntary basis (e.g. through the improve our web form or other inquiry forms, subscribing to our email newsletter, and in our secure donation page).

It is the policy of Heartspring to never sell or share, or make available in any other way, such information to unrelated third parties.

Heartspring.org performs statistical analyses of its server logs to study the use and popularity of various areas of our site. We also look at IP addresses to analyze where we are getting our audience. Heartspring.org employs 'cookies' in circumstances that require session data or require user verification.

Process to remove your personal information

To remove your information or unsubscribe to our newsletters please modify your profile to be removed from the newsletter list. You can also use the improve our web form located at the bottom of every page, or you may unsubscribe when viewing the email newsletter by choosing My Profile. You may alternatively send us an email at webmaster@heartspring.org requesting the services and information you would like removed.

Heartspring.org reserves the right to change this policy at any time. The effective date of this policy shall be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page.
