An afternoon of fall fun is planned for October 16 on the Heartspring campus, 8700 East 29th Street North. Heartspring’s Fall Festival begins at 1:00 and is free for children of all ages and abilities. Activities include pumpkin decorating, face painting, pumpkin bowling, photos with a scarecrow and more.

At 3:00, there will be a special showing of “Casper the Ghost” for a $3 donation that includes popcorn and a drink. All donations will help grow the Heartspring School pumpkin patch, which provides vocational skills training for students with special needs.

Food will be provided by Pizza Hut and Heartspring's cafeteria.
