Welcome
As a worldwide center for children with special needs, ours is a global community and often our reach extends beyond the borders of the Heartspring campus. Through Hearing Center open houses, Target Early Literacy Screenings and Heartspring KidCheck developmental screenings, we offer support to children and adults in and around Wichita. Through our website and new technology initiatives, we are able to change thousands of lives around the world.

Community Outreach
KidCheckHeartspring KidCheck is a free developmental screening process provided by Heartspring Pediatric Services for children ages birth to five years of age. Through the KidCheck process, children are screened in developmental areas such as hearing, communication, fine motor, gross motor, problem solving, personal-social and behavioral skills.
Lights on the Lake Fundraiser
RobbieLights on the Lake, presented by AXA Advisors LLC, is Wichita’s premier holiday fundraiser.  This event opens up the Heartspring campus from mid-November through Christmas as a holiday light drive thru, and is kicked off with a Preview Party on Friday, November 16. The funds raised through this event go toward the Financial Assistance Fund, which extends assistance to all children in need of therapy who have limited financial resources. Sponsor, volunteer or donate today.

School Outcome
HunterAs a short term placement, Hunter is going to school and living on the Heartspring campus for 45 days.  When Hunter transitions back to his home school district, members from his Heartspring team will coordinate and train his school district team and family on the programs and procedures that were used during his time at Heartspring. Pediatric Services
ZoeZoe's mom Kandi is grateful that Heartspring extended its services into the community through the Target Early Literacy Screening Project. “Because Heartspring does outreach programs, it catches the people that might fall through the cracks. I probably wouldn’t have come in for an evaluation on my own because I could always understand her as a mother." Learn more about Zoe.

"All the professionals at Heartspring are amazing, superb. They are doing a good thing," said Nayeem's father, Dr. Saidul Sarker. Struggling to come to terms with the diagnosis and not knowing where to turn for services in his home country of Bangladesh, it was Dr. Sarker's mother-in-law who told him about Heartspring over two years ago.
Make A Difference
Many employers offer the option of charitable giving through payroll deductions to their employees. Employees designate an amount to be deducted from each paycheck and choose an approved charity to receive their donation. Contact your personnel department to see if this option is available where you work. Learn more about Workplace Giving Programs.

From the President

Gary W. Singleton, Ph.D.Recently we provided assistance, evaluations, consultations and trainings to children and parents from Albania, Russia, New Guinea and Bangladesh expanding our aid to more countries around the world. At the same time, we value the programs and support we are able to offer locally with the help of corporations, pediatricians and partnerships. Through outreach we can touch more lives in more places, furthering our mission of helping all children with special needs.
