Thursday, May 9th

12:00 – 4:00pm Team Meetings - School Meeting Rooms
*Schedule a 30 minute meeting with your child’s team.

Friday, May 10th

8:30am - 9:15am Caffeine Connection (Heartspring's Coffee Cart) ran by various students, will be open for business! Come early to enjoy made-to-order coffee, lattes, or hot chocolate. Prices range from $1.00 - $2.00.

9:00am –  10:15am Parent Training Session: "Adolescence Will Happen, Autistic or Not" at Conference Center

10:30am - 11:45am Parent Training Session: "What to Expect in Adult Services and How to Get the Most From Your Case Manager" - (this will also include an overview on parental rights and the IEP process) at Conference Center

12:00 - 1:00pm Lunch on your own

1:15 – 2:00pm – Heartspring Choral Sensations and Students perform in
Conference Center

2:00 – 3:00pm – Visual Support Request – Conference Center Computer Lab
Hosted by therapy department

Get prepared for your child's summer break! Heartspring staff will be available to help you fill out our online visual support request form in our computer lab.

6:30 – 8:00pm – Parent Mixer- Conference Center
Enjoy beverages and heavy hors d’oeuvre!
Adults only due to alcohol being served.

Saturday, May 11th

9:00am - 11:30am Special activities, carriage rides, and other on-campus fun at Heartspring Conference Center

11:30am - 1:30pm Lunch - pizza, salad and drinks provided by Heartspring at the Conference Center

6:00 - 8:00pm Prom (Mardi Gras theme), hosted by Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority - at the Heartspring Gym

Sunday, May 12th
