Developmental Medicine

Heartspring's medical director is a developmental pediatrician who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children with disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. One of few developmental pediatricians in Kansas, our doctor will see children birth to five years of age on the Heartspring campus. Research shows early diagnosis and intervention has a direct impact on treatment outcomes. During the assessment process, our developmental pediatrician addresses parental concerns about development and provides information about community resources and interventions.
