About the Heartspring Parent Information and Training Program

As an addition to the community outreach and family support services Heartspring provides, we also offer a free monthly program dedicated to parents of children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This monthly informational meeting serves to further knowledge of autism for parents, teachers, and caregivers. Professionals covering a wide spectrum of specializations will address topics in areas including speech pathology, applied behavior analysis, augmentative communication, psychological services and community support.

Monthly meetings consist of evidence-based topics and interventions. Scheduled meetings will consist of an educational presentation and a round table question/answer session directed by knowledgeable professionals. All meetings take place in the Heartspring Conference Center board room. As this is a unique program specifically for adults, childcare is not available.

Please RSVP before the Monday prior to the program by emailing parenttrainingprogram@heartspring.org with the number attending.
