Financial Aid and Insurance

Our services are billed to insurance with most insurance plans accepted by Heartspring. Through generous donations Heartspring Pediatric Services is provided the opportunity to extend financial assistance to all children in need of therapy. All inquiries are considered. If there is an inability to pay for services, if insurance is denied and/or insurance has covered the maximum benefit, you are eligible for financial assistance. Financial assistance qualification is based on gross income, number of members in the household, and how many therapy sessions are needed. This scale was developed based on federal poverty guidelines.

Co-payments, self pay and parent share payments are due at the time of service. The members of our business office will work with you and your insurance and are happy to answer any questions you may have about your statements.
