Boy riding trike with assistance Heartspring's Medical Director, the only board certified Developmental Pediatrician in South-Central Kansas, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children with developmental disabilities and/or delays. Research shows early diagnosis and intervention has a direct impact on treatment outcomes. It is not unusual for our team to evaluate children under one year of age. During the screening process, our Developmental Pediatrician addresses parental concerns about development, and provides information about community resources and interventions.
