Meet Our Team

Elizabeth Biggs

Speech-Language Pathologist

As a speech-lanugage pathologist at Heartspring, Elizabeth Biggs pursues her passion of helping others communicate. She enjoys Heartspring’s welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals.

Elizabeth’s primary interest is in working with infants and toddlers with feeding disorders.  She is a very valuable resource to the Heartspring team. She works closely with families to educate them in eating and maintaining a safe swallow. She thinks “outside the box” to help children eat safely and enjoy the tastes and textures of food. She consistently seeks out training in dysphagia, feeding and swallowing techniques.

Elizabeth has worked in a variety of different settings including geriatric rehab, outpatient and her own private practice. She feels her varied professional experience has developed her passion in helping people eat and communicate throughout all phases of life.

Elizabeth is a mother and a wife. She has four children who keep her very busy.  She has a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from Wichita State University.
