Medical Billing Office Lead

The Business Office Lead is responsible for handling all aspects of patient accounts, including payments, adjustments, charges, and insurance reimbursements.  This position will work with leadership to train & motivate team members as well as looking for ways to improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • AAPC Certified Professional Coder preferred.
  • Proficiency of medical software systems required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in medical insurance billing, coding, and data entry.
  • Some college in related field preferred.
