Each year, hundreds of families reach out to Heartspring for resources for their children age birth to 18. Our Individual Support Providers (ISPs) are key to creating hope and opportunity for families impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
The life-changing role of the Individual Support Provider
Our ISPs work one on one with children on campus, in homes, and in community-based settings to help improve communication and socialization and overcome problematic behaviors. ISPs are essential in helping families and children build the necessary skills for a more independent life.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a compassionate, caring attitude towards others.
- Required: 1000 hours of verifiable experience working with children affected by autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delay.
- Completion of requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician within the first six months of employment.
- Must have strong organizational and record-keeping skills and habits, as accurate documentation of all work hours is required.
- Must have a good driving record.

We have full-time and part-time positions. Hourly wage ranges from $12.00 – 15.92, depending on experience.
