Rachel Willard-Waterhouse has been at Heartspring since 2006. She joined our team as a Home Paraeducator and worked her way up to a leadership position as Home Coordinator. She is currently the home coordinator in G10.

Rachel’s dedication and work ethic have propelled her career at Heartspring. She sees Heartspring as a community and knows the impact staff can have on a child’s life and future.

Before coming to Heartspring, she gained experience working at a mental health association. She was able to take the knowledge she gained there into her roles at Heartspring.

Rachel is constantly searching for new ways to improve as a leader, attending a number of conferences including the Global Leadership Summit. She currently attends Butler Community College. She is studying psychology
