Tara Dockter has been a part of the Heartspring residential team since 2006. Her first role in the organization was Home Paraeducator. Through her dedication and leadership abilities, she worked her way up to the Home Coordinator position. She currently is the Home Coordinator in  G4.

Tara says she instantly fell in love with the work Heartspring does. She enjoys working with students and seeing them grow. The slightest milestones feel huge when a student makes a breakthrough.

Before coming to Heartspring, she gained experience as the lead staff for a for a summer camp in Wichita. In her free time, Tara likes to spend time with her family including her son and play pool.
