Speech-Language Pathologist Susan Todd began working at Heartspring in the summer of 2017. For Susan, Heartspring is a family affair. She is following in the footsteps of her grandmother who worked at Heartspring in the speech department in the 1940’s.

Before coming to Heartspring, Susan worked at St. Francis in Topeka, Kan. and in a special education cooperative in Kansas. While Susan has a passion for speech-language pathology in general, her favorite areas are Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and speech therapy.

Susan has a bachelor’s in speech language hearing from the University of Kansas and her master’s in speech-language pathology from Ft. Hays State.
