National Employee Appreciation Day

Dear Heartspring Employees,

Each year, on the first Friday of March, businesses and organizations across the country celebrate their employees. While this has been a long-held tradition at Heartspring, this year feels different.

There are no words to communicate how much we appreciate each and every one of you.

The last 12 months have shown us the resilience and perseverance every employee at Heartspring possesses, and it has been truly humbling to see.

For that, I, along with the rest of the leadership team, thank you.

I wish we could come around to each of you and personally tell you how much you mean to the clients and students, the families, and the organization. That seems a bit irresponsible in the age of COVID-19.

But know: you matter, you are seen, and you are doing incredible things.

Thank you for your dedication to our mission. Without you, there would simply be no Heartspring.
