Connecting People, Resources, and Possibilities

Strengthening Our Community — One Connection at a Time

Heartspring provides families and organizations with programs, events, and resources designed to make support more accessible and fun for everyone.

Our Programs

Heartspring in the Community

We extend our community services through consulting, coaching, and collaboration, creating meaningful connections between children, families, and the world around them, supporting skill development through real-world experiences, fostering community inclusion, and opening the door for every child to thrive.

CARE Clubs

The Community Awareness, Resources, and Education (CARE) program offers a wide range of social skill-building opportunities for neurodiverse children and teens to learn valuable skills for social and emotional development. Each club is tailored to fit the individual needs of the participants.

Teen Hangouts

Monthly fun, themed gatherings for teens to socialize, try new activities, and gain independence in a relaxed group environment.

Parents' Night Out

Recharge with peace of mind while your neurodiverse child enjoys an evening of games, crafts, and fun! Siblings are welcome to join our monthly events, too!

Community Partner Resources and Programs

We collaborate with community organizations and sponsors to provide real-world opportunities and enrichment activities for the children and families we serve.
