Heartspring Appoints Greg Unruh as Chief Financial Officer
Experienced finance leader joins organization as it advances long-term growth and
further strengthens its leadership team.

Wichita, Kan., Dec. 3, 2025 – Heartspring announced today the appointment of Greg Unruh as its new Chief Financial Officer. Unruh, who began his role on Dec. 1, brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership across healthcare, education, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations. His appointment comes as Heartspring accelerates efforts to expand services and advance long-term plans for growth in Wichita’s health care corridor.
Unruh’s arrival builds on a series of recent leadership enhancements to propel the organization’s mission and strategic plan and support Heartspring’s re-emergence as a global center of excellence in pediatric neurodevelopment. With strengthened medical, operational, program, and finance leadership now in place, the organization is poised to meet rising demand for its offerings and define a new standard of care.
“Greg’s experience building financial capacity for growth is essential as Heartspring prepares for our future in the downtown health care corridor,” said Heartspring President and CEO Dan Soliday. “His leadership and familiarity with Wichita’s health care, education and nonprofit landscapes will strengthen the foundation we need to continue advancing our clinical and educational services.”
Unruh brings extensive cross-sector leadership experience, most recently as Chief Financial Officer at Integra Technologies. His background includes capital planning, long-range financial modeling, investment and cash management, and partnering with financial institutions to support major organizational initiatives.
“Heartspring’s momentum and impact are unmistakable,” Unruh said. “I’m honored to join the organization at such an exciting time and look forward to helping strengthen the financial foundation that will bring increased access to specialized care for children and families.
