Heartspring’s Pardhiv Marella Named Wichita State University 35 Under 35 Honoree

The inaugural recognition program celebrates Wichita State alumni age 35 and younger who are making meaningful contributions in their professions and communities through leadership, innovation, and service.

Since joining Heartspring, Pardhiv has helped lead a technology transformation that is reshaping how teams collaborate, share information, and support children and families. Under his leadership, Heartspring is implementing new systems and tools designed to improve efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and create a more connected experience for employees across the organization.

This work represents one of the most significant technology modernization efforts in Heartspring’s history. While much of the progress happens behind the scenes, the impact is felt every day as employees gain access to tools and insights that help them work smarter, communicate more effectively, and better support the organization’s mission.

Pardhiv was specifically recognized by Wichita State for leading enterprise technology modernization efforts at Heartspring and creating workforce development opportunities for local students.
