As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Data Strategy and Insights:
  The Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and execute data strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing advanced analytics tools such as Python, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL to identify trends and opportunities. This role involves translating complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. (Excellence)
• Data Integrity and Compliance:
  Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data sources is critical; the analyst will implement processes for data validation, cleaning, and management in compliance with regulatory standards and data protection laws. (Integrity)
• Performance Measurement, Improvement, and Database Management:
  The role involves leading the development of performance measurement systems, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance client care and operational effectiveness. Additionally, the analyst will manage, optimize, and maintain database systems, ensuring robust database structures, performing regular health checks, and overseeing backup and recovery processes. • Collaborative Data Solutions:
  Collaborating closely with leaders and subject matter experts, the analyst will identify data needs, facilitate data collection, design custom reports, and create data-driven solutions, fostering a collaborative environment where data informs decision-making processes. (Service)
• Data Visualization and Communication:
  The analyst will also be responsible for designing and delivering clear, compelling data visualizations and reports using Tableau, employing data storytelling techniques to communicate complex data effectively to diverse audiences. (Possibility)

  Innovation is key; the analyst will continuously seek and implement new data methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance organizational performance, staying current with industry trends in data analytics. (Celebration)

Requirements:

  

You are a great fit for this role if you have knowledge and abilities in: 

• Proficiency in SQL, Python; familiarity with R is beneficial.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools, especially Tableau certification (Preferred).
• Proficiency and preferably certification in Alteryx.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and applies out-of-the-box thinking to solve problems, improve processes and help drive results.
• Strong database management and optimization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work successfully in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field. 
• 8-10 years of experience in data analytics or related field, preferably in healthcare/educational/non-profit field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex data projects from inception to completion.
