Heartspring is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care, support, and skill development for students with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities in a residential group home setting.
BOTH SHIFTS AVAILABLE Come join the Residential Group Home- Direct Support Professional (DSP) PRN pool. You will work in the group home environment with students with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems. DSPs work directly with students, sometimes in a one-to-one capacity, in order to promote independence in the areas of communication, self-help, social skills, and functional living skills.

As a Lead Paraprofessional, you'll partner closely with the Special Education Teacher to support daily classroom operations while helping students succeed academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.

This role is responsible for leading integrated content and social media strategy in support of all marketing and communications initiatives, including lead generation, awareness-building, and digital engagement. As a key member of a lean, high-impact team, this individual balances creative storytelling with strategic planning. They partner closely with internal subject-matter experts and other members of the marketing and communications team to align messaging across channels and drive engagement by creating purposeful, audience-centered content.
