We’re updating Heartspring’s Employee Giving structure, so we will terminate current Employee Giving payroll deductions to start fresh!

Payroll deductions will restart on December 1, 2025, so re-enrolling early will give our accounting team time to process payroll deductions.

You will need to re-enroll if you currently participate in Employee Giving.

What is employee giving?

Whether it’s improving our campus, helping a family afford services, or strengthening the therapeutic and educational programs that change lives every day, your generosity has a real and lasting impact at Heartspring.

Why give?

When you choose to give to the Heartspring mission, you’re showing that extraordinary care really does begin with us. Your support sends a message, not just to the children and families we serve, but also to corporations and foundations deciding where to invest their resources. Employee giving demonstrates our shared commitment and inspires confidence in Heartspring’s work.

Where do my dollars go?

30%

of the total employee giving contributions will be allocated to an internal Employee Emergency Assistance Fund. This fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar by Heartspring. Areas of employee assistance:

  • Bereavement Expenses
  • Natural Disaster Recovery
  • Medical Emergencies
  • Basic Needs

70%

of employee giving contributions will be directed toward programmatic needs, supporting areas of the organization where the impact is most significant.
